Hotel reservations will be made via Rough Creek Lodge's Head of Reservations, Tasha Stephens, or the Ranch Ambassador, Gabriel Withers. Best way to contact them is through email: weddingres@roughcreek.com. If you prefer to speak by phone, you can call 254-918-2580. A 50% deposit will be required upon making your reservation to confirm your room. The full balance will be due 30 days before the wedding.

The rates for our wedding weekend are reduced from the current posted website rates for the wedding, but please check out their website to see what type of rooms (and houses) are available. Rooms will be booked on a first come, first served basis. Your room includes breakfast each morning and onsite activities (see "Things To Do" tab).

Check-in Time is 3:00pm

Check-out Time is 1:00pm

You are welcome to come early or stay longer than the specified check in/out dates, just let them know when booking. If you arrive before your room is ready, please leave your bags in your vehicle or at the front desk and enjoy all the resort has to offer!
